About the Project

Botanik Koy Stone Houses Project is developed by Durkan Construction and Project Management Company. It has been built on the area called Sivri of Tifillar village Ayvalik – Turkey. (See it on maps.)

Inspired by the Greek houses of Cunda Island, the villas are built using the traditional stone and woodwork craftsmanship.

It’s 25 minutes drive away from Koca Seyit Airport in Edremit and 2.5 hours from Izmir International Airport.

It’s only 15 minutes drive to the Cunda Island.

It takes 45 minutes to get to the antic city of Bergama, 10 minutes to Gomec, 15 minutes to touristic ancient town of Oren, 30 minutes to Edremit, 40 minutes to Akcay, an hour to Yesilyurt and an hour and a half to the ancient Greek town of Assos.
